At Alberni Outpost it’s always been our policy to give you the best products at the best prices, period. We’re just making it official.
To make it easier for you to shop, this is what you’ll get when you come into one of our retail stores.
- We will Beat any Local Competitor’s Price. We will never knowingly sell you a product for more than you can get it somewhere else. Come to us knowing you don’t have to compare or price check. We’ve already done it.
- Our Commitment to You. When you purchase an item you can do so with confidence, knowing that we work hard to provide you with the best price possible. If you find the same item for less at another outlet you may bring the item back to us within 10 days and we will gladly credit you with the difference.
- You can always ask. If you have doubts or questions about a product and it’s pricing, we will gladly do everything to help you find the answers. Your concerns are important and your opinion is valuable to us. Some exemptions to our best price policy do apply. Ask us for details!
To be fair to you (and to us) So here’s the fine print. Just in case you missed it. 
- For us, a local competitor is a brick-and-mortar store in BC. This means we can’t promise to match a price you may find in an online store, somewhere in the US, or in a different province. If you count in shipping, duty and brokerage fees, you’ll usually find we still offer a better deal.
- ‘Same’ means that it’s the same product, model, year and size.
Finally, FYI: An Alberni Outpost credit doesn’t expire (ever) and it applies to anything in the store: including rentals, lessons, and tours.
